To print, first open up Microsoft Word then simply press your 'Ctrl' key and the letter 'A' at the same time on your keyboard, then the key 'Ctrl' 'C' and switch the screen to Microsoft Word before pressing 'Ctrl' 'V.'

Proceed to select the print option in Word as you normally would.

NB: older versions of Microsoft Word may not allow for the entire screen to be captured and therefore accurately printed.
