Yet I was eager to be home.

The counter staff handed out a letter to me stating that my plane would be delayed for 2 hours due to some problem with the indication part of the plane.

In the early evening, the plane finally took off and I began my usual and wonderful routine of reading The Bible and devotional materials. I was reading a compilation on the subject of leadership training written by many experienced and spirit-filled men of God. Whilst I was reading: a fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit and the presence of God filled me again. It was truly wonderful and sheerly exhilarating to my spirit, renewing to my body. Overcome by the love and grace of God: I began to quietly weep. The stewardess who was serving dinner at the time noticed me and in her concern asked me whether she could help. I thanked her but told her that every thing was all right and that I didnt want my dinner. I sensed a need to fast.

At 8:30pm, after the dinner had been served, most of the passengers as usual prepared for sleep. I however felt a desire and sensed a need to stay awake alongside fasting. I continued reading my devotional materials.

Shortly thereafter, I looked up to observe stewardesses and stewards moving up and down the aisles as though something serious had happened. I became alert and looked again and could see that most of them were heading toward one of the toilets located between the First and Economy Class areas.

Sensing a real potential danger here, I immediately began to pray for God to intervene, and for His wisdom and protection. Soon, most of the cabin crew had congregated around the outside of one of the toilets. It appeared that someone had fallen ill and required medical attention.

As I continued to observe all the things happening in front of me and pray I realised that instead of someone being ill water was flowing out of the toilet. The stewardesses had to use towels and newspapers to get rid of the water as soon as possible because there was a very real danger that the water could get into the planes electrical system. And there need be no second guesses about the end result of that.

Fear in the stewardesses became evident as some of them began to softly yet uncontrollably weep.

The stewards tried to reach the plumbing system to repair the leak but were unsuccessful.

At this point in time, the commotion became more obvious so some of the other passengers became inadvertently alerted. With anxiety fuelling their steps, they began pacing up and down to the site, trying to figure out what was happening.

I realised to myself, "Now I understand why The Holy Spirit kept me awake. I was required to pray with understanding and in tongues, intercede, and travail. Prayer changes people who change circumstances by the power of the Holy Spirit and The Almighty Living God through His Son Jesus Christ."

I cried out to the Lord Jesus Christ to intervene and also to God, my Heavenly Father, for their divine assistance through angels.

Again, I prayed that God would give the crew Godly wisdom and knowledge to be able to handle the situation correctly and safely.

In the Book of Genesis Chapter 18: Abraham pleaded with God to spare the sinful people of the city of Sodom and Gomorrah. The Lord responded by stating that if He could find yet one righteous man [sets his face to be humble and holy through worship, prayer, and fasting: a man who knows he is nothing in himself but everything in Jesus] in that city, He would not destroy yet spare the city.

I continued to claim overcoming the enemy and all the works of the enemy through praying the living Word of God: pleading the blood of the Lamb, testimony, and also believing that God would rescue us because He is more than able.

I rebuked the spirit of fear. I focused on the promises of God. In James 4:7, it can be understood that when believers submit to God and resist the enemy, the enemy will flee from you.

After 2 hours of willingly and gratefully investing in prayer, and from the time that this whole ordeal first began to 10:30pm, one of the Captains finally came out to investigate the situation, which seemed to be getting worsebut only in the natural. God was powerfully fighting for me in the spiritual, hallelujah!

Certain decisions now had to be made. As I focused on this reality, 2 Godly visions came to my spiritual eyes.

I saw 2 angels in the panel compartment inside the toilet repairing some pipes by tightening something that was obviously loose and not supposed to be loose. I saw them do a final once-over and everything was OK.

At the same time that things became OK, which the angels actually signaled, I could observe that the crew acted hugely relieved. They began to leave the area where the problem had begun.

Hallelujah, praise and glory be to our Lord and God indeed Who Is good all the time and Who Is worthy to be praised! A major announcement from the Main Captain came so welcoming from the speakers above.

We were preparing for landing.

Truly, what a relief! Because this was really happening to me! This was not some movie I was just watching. Thank God!

Everything settled back down to near normality. Well, as normal as could be expected that is for the other passengers. I, however, kept praising the Lord.

At 11:00pm just half an hour before landing, I saw another vision. I saw what I clearly perceived to be a guardian angel standing on top of the cockpit of the plane. This angel was guiding the plane towards the runway for landing and in so doing also cleared away every power of darkness that was trying to affect the plane and her landing.

I realised that this same angel had actually appeared in my Office the day before I departed for overseas. It was a Sunday, so no one was working in the Office yet the Office Secretary had come back to complete necessary work.

This secretary is not yet a believer but did you know that God is more than able and that God actually opened her spiritual eyes to see an angel, that same angel described above, dressed in complete white surrounded by a radiating light just outside my Office room.

She later reported all these incidents back to me. This is the very first time shes ever had the courage to tell me something like this. She relayed that the angel appeared to be standing on guard, his arms were folded. Also, a red heart was visible on his chest.

I usually send one of my sons to school and so subsequently Im usually the earliest to arrive in the Office so that gives me the God-given opportunity to daily pray as such: lay hands on documents in the Office, and worship in the spirit.

Through this reported, second-hand vision, God was assuring me that at all times, this particular guardian angel is always watching guard in this place and me!

Focusing back to the present, I realised in my spirit-man that this Office guardian angel was exactly the same angel who was now guiding my plane to a 100% perfect landing!

With the last commands given, the controls in perfect harmony, cabin crew buckled up, jackets complaining to be returned to their rightful owners, and the landing wheels of the plane descending to their final eagle-like claw positions: the plane landed normally.

I was finally home.

Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! All glory be to God amen.
